Building Permit- fill in form Use the above form for any residential remodel, decks, pools, sheds, roofs, electrical upgrades etc. Please fill this form out and return it to village hall with the necessary fees. If you need new housing forms contact village hall at 920-532-5567.

Building Permits
Building permits are required for any home improvement or building project over $250.00. The building inspector for the Village is Paul Hermes. He can be reached at 920-858-0102 to answer any questions you may have regarding building regulations and restrictions. Below is a partial list of required building permits and their associated cost. If the project you plan is not listed, call either Paul or the Village Hall before you start for any fees and restrictions.

Single Family Home $500.00
Duplex Home $650.00
Multi-Family Home $650.00 plus $125.00 per unit
Residential additions $175.00
Multi-Family addition $100.00 per unit
Commercial Building Additions

$300.00 up to 6,000 sq ft

$300.00 plus .05 per sq over 6,000

Agricultural / Farm Buildings $125.00
Residential repair or remodeling (non-structual)
$25.00
Electrical Service Change $50.00
Plumbing Repair / Replacement $50.00

Permits are available at Village Hall, 529 Main St. from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday or call 532-5567 and one will be mailed to you. Any project completed without a building permit is subject to a double fee being billed to the owner of the property.
